Washing in the washing machine damages the natural wool density and its properties! We therefore recommend washing wool products only by hand and as rarely as possible. It is usually enough to remove large stains with a damp cloth and shake out the wool products and air them. Since wool does not tolerate high water temperatures, it should only be hand washed in cold water and with a suitable wool detergent. To dry, ideally place the wool products on a terry towel or hang them on the clothesline. Tumble dryers, radiators or direct sunlight for drying will damage the product.
